What we collect
When you contact us, submit an inquiry, or apply for a role, we collect only what you choose to share: your name, email address, phone number, and the details of your message. We do not use advertising trackers, and we never sell personal information.
How we use it
Your information is used to answer your question, coordinate admissions conversations, and keep records required by our licensing bodies. Conversations with our admissions team are held in confidence and are not shared with anyone outside the care team without your written permission.
How we protect it
Records are stored on access-controlled systems available only to staff who need them to do their work. Clinical records are kept separately from general inquiries and are governed by federal and state health privacy law, including 42 CFR Part 2 and HIPAA where they apply.
Your choices
You may ask us to review, correct, or delete the information you have sent us at any time. Write to admissions@campbaer.com and we will respond within one business day. If you have opted into updates from Camp Baer, every message includes a way to stop receiving them.
